This database is an integral part of the UK OPAT Initiative. The initiative, managed under the auspices of the British Society for Antimicrobial Chemotherapy, aims to support the development and delivery of OPAT services wherever the clinical need exists. The project comprises a networking forum, online business case toolkit, good practice guidance, national database/outcomes register, educational events and a 360o preceptorship programme.
